When you are planning on scheduling an appointment, as part of the buying and selling process, we gather the personal information you give us such as your name, phone number, address, credit card details, and email address, to provide and render cleaning services as requested.

We may communicate with you via email, phone call, third party platforms,  and text messaging regarding bookings, complaints, inquires, updates, and any other questions.

Sms marketing (if appropriate): With your consent, we may send you text messages regarding promotions, discounts, and other forms of sms marketing.

Email marketing (if appropriate): With your consent, we may send you emails regarding promotions, discounts, and other forms of email marketing.

We may use your personal information to process payments and handle billing.

We may use your personal information to personalize your experience and enhance our services.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Sprouts Cleaning. In order to provide efficient and reliable service, we have established the following Booking and Cancellation Policy. By booking our cleaning services, you agree to adhere to this policy.

Credit card/ debit card requirement:

In order to streamline the scheduling process and ensure that our appointments are managed efficiently, we have implemented a credit card/debit card on file policy.

In order to schedule an appointment, all customers are required to provide a valid credit card/debit card on file. This policy applies to both new and existing clients and is aimed at improving appointment management, reducing no-shows, and facilitating a seamless experience for everyone.

Your credit card on file will be used for the purpose of securing your appointment. Once an appointment is scheduled, a hold will be placed on your credit card/debit card for the service's estimated cost, and will then be charged the total amount after services have been completed.

If your credit card/debit card information changes, please notify us promptly to update your details in our system. Keeping your information current ensures that we can continue to provide you with the best service possible.

If your credit card/debit card on file has been removed, blocked, or has inadequate funds, we will contact you via email or text requesting a new credit card/debit card on file. Failure to obtain a new credit card/debit card on file 24 hours prior to appointment date and time will result in cancelling your appointment.

For customers who would like to schedule on the same day, we do require a credit card/debit card on file 2 hours prior to desired appointment time.

If in the case the customer does not want to provide a credit card/debit card, Venmo is also accepted as an alternative. The customer will have to send the total estimated cost prior to receiving services.

Cancellation and rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us via email contact@sproutscleaning.com or text 562.336.5438, 24 hours prior to  appointment date and time. If you provide sufficient notice, no charges will be applied to your credit card. Failure to provide the required notice or do not show up for your appointment, a $75.00 cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card/debit card on file.

Should our cleaning staff encounter any obstacles in promptly accessing the premises, we will communicate with you through phone call, text message, and/or email. In the event that we don't receive a reply from you within a span of 25 minutes, your appointment will be marked as canceled (without prior notification), and the $75.00 cancellation fee will be applied.

If recurring customers cancel or reschedule their appointment without 24 hour notice prior to appointment date and time, a $75.00 cancellation will be applied and the upcoming rate could be modified to match the subsequent frequency pricing.

Sprouts Cleaning reserves the right to waive or modify the cancellation or rescheduling fee under special circumstances, at our discretion.

If our cleaning staff happens to be delayed for a customer's scheduled appointment, the customer has the right to request a 10% reduction from the projected total service cost. This discount will be granted upon request, and no cancellation or rescheduling fees will be applied.

Payment Policy

This policy outlines the procedures and consequences related to failure to pay for services provided by Sprouts Cleaning. It applies to all clients or customers who have engaged in the utilization of our services and have a financial obligation to settle.

Failure to pay for services:

Clients are required to adhere to the agreed-upon payment terms as stated in their service agreement, invoice, or contract. Payment terms may include specific due dates, payment methods, and any applicable late fees.

In the event of an unpaid invoice, Sprouts Cleaning will initiate a standard communication process. This process may involve sending reminder emails or letters, followed by direct contact through phone calls, detailing the outstanding payment and requesting prompt settlement.

If a client's account becomes significantly overdue, Sprouts Cleaning reserves the right to suspend the provision of services until the outstanding balance is settled. The client will be notified in advance of the intended suspension.

In cases where a client consistently fails to make payments or ignores attempts to communicate, Sprouts Cleaning may escalate the matter to a collections agency or pursue legal action to recover the outstanding amount. Any additional costs incurred during this process will be added to the client's debt.

Clients with overdue accounts have the option to resolve the issue by paying the outstanding balance, including any applicable late fees or additional costs. Upon successful settlement, Sprouts Cleaning will reinstate services and collaboration can continue.

If a client disputes an invoice due to discrepancies or issues with the provided services, Sprouts Cleaning encourages open communication to resolve the matter promptly. Clients should notify the company within a reasonable time frame to initiate the dispute resolution process.

Sprouts Cleaning will treat all client financial information and payment details with strict confidentiality, adhering to relevant data protection regulations.

Sprouts Cleaning reserves the right to modify or update this policy as necessary. Clients will be notified of any changes through appropriate communication channels.

This policy is effective as of September 11, 2023. All clients engaging in We Sprouts's Cleaning services from this date forward are bound by the terms outlined in this policy.

By continuing to engage in our services, clients acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of the Failure to Pay for Services Policy outlined above.

Payments:

Once a cleaning service is finished, payment should be settled within 24 hours from the time the service is completed or when the payment is requested. Neglected payments for cleaning services will be seen as a breach of our payment regulations. If the payment for the cleaning service remains unpaid after 24 hours from the service completion or payment request, Sprouts Cleaning reserves the right to apply charges to the credit card saved in your account. Any unpaid balances beyond the 24-hour period following the payment request or service completion might be documented on your account.

Invoice will be sent to your email on the same day or up to two days after services have been completed. A receipt will be sent to your email right after the transaction is settled.

We provide contactless payment options utilizing credit cards, Venmo or debit cards.

Terms of Service

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by Sprouts Cleaning. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

Services:

1.1 Description: We Leave Clean offers residential cleaning services, including but not limited to regular cleaning, deep cleaning, interior of window cleaning, carpet cleaning and post-construction cleaning.

1.2 Service Limitations: Our services are subject to availability and the specific terms agreed upon with the customer. We reserve the right to refuse or modify services based on factors such as location, cleaning requirements, and other circumstances.

1.3 We maintain elevated criteria for the quality and nature of the services we offer, recognizing that each client's anticipations may vary. We suggest having a representative during both the initial and concluding inspections to guarantee complete contentment.

1.4 Should you be unable to attend the final inspection of the cleaning and discover any areas that were missed or improperly cleaned, kindly inform us within 24 hours of the cleaning. We will then happily re-clean the specific area at no additional cost, or apply a 10% discount towards on the total estimated cost of the service. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for overlooked areas or the state of your property if notifications are made after 24 hours from the cleaning or subsequent follow-up.

1.5 If we dispatch the team for a re-cleaning of areas that were overlooked or improperly cleaned, and your dissatisfaction persists, our sole recourse is to provide a 10% discount on the total estimated cost of the service.

Independent contractors policy to carry on house cleaning services:

At Sprouts Cleaning, we partner with independent contractors to provide house cleaning services to our clients. This policy outlines the nature of our relationship with these independent contractors and the responsibilities of all parties involved.

All individuals who provide house cleaning services through Sprouts Cleaning are classified as independent contractors. This classification means that they are not employees of the company and are responsible for their own actions, work methods, schedules, and tax obligations.

It's important to note that the independent contractors we partner with may not be licensed, bonded, or insured under our company. While we strive to work with reputable and skilled professionals, clients should be aware that these contractors operate independently and are solely responsible for any licenses, bonds, or insurance they choose to obtain.

Clients who engage the services of independent contractors through Sprouts Cleaning acknowledge and agree that the relationship is directly between them and the contractor. Sprouts Cleaning acts solely as an intermediary to connect clients with independent contractors and does not assume any liability for the actions or omissions of these contractors.

Clients who wish to hire an independent contractor for house cleaning services will enter into a separate service agreement directly with the contractor. This agreement outlines the scope of work, payment terms, scheduling, and any other relevant details. Sprout Cleaning is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for its enforcement.

Independent contractors are solely responsible for the quality of their work, the methods they employ, and any potential liabilities that may arise from their services. Clients are encouraged to communicate directly with the contractor to address any concerns or questions related to the services provided.

In the event of disputes or disagreements between clients and independent contractors, Sprouts Cleaning will not mediate or intervene. Clients and contractors are advised to work together to resolve any issues in accordance with the terms of their service agreement.

Sprouts Cleaning is not liable for any damages, losses, claims, or liabilities arising from the services provided by independent contractors. Clients waive any claims against Sprouts Cleaning for issues related to the quality, timeliness, or consequences of these services.

By choosing to engage the services of independent contractors partnered with Sprouts Cleaning, clients indicate their understanding and acceptance of the Independent Contractors Policy for House Cleaning Services outlined above.

Limitation of liability:

This Limitation of Liability statement outlines the terms and conditions under which Sprouts Cleaning operates and provides house cleaning services to its clients. By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and accept the limitations of liability set forth in this statement.

Sprouts Cleaning is committed to partnering with independent contractors who provide high-quality house cleaning services. However, it is important to recognize that house cleaning involves inherent risks, and despite our best efforts, accidents or unforeseen events may occur.

Customers understand and agree that Sprouts Cleaning shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages that may result from our services, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, loss of valuables, or any other form of loss or harm.

While we strive to ensure the safety of our customers' property and our independent contractors, customers' are encouraged to take necessary precautions. Valuables, fragile items, and sensitive materials should be secured or removed from areas to be cleaned. Sprouts Cleaning shall not be liable for damages to such items that could have been prevented by client precautions.

Customers' agree not to hold Sprouts Cleaning liable for any claims, demands, or actions brought against them by third parties, arising from the services we provide. This includes claims related to property damage or personal injury caused by accidents during our cleaning activities.

We want to emphasize that Sprouts Cleaning assumes no liability or responsibility for any instances of stolen items that may occur in the course of our services. It's important to understand that while we prioritize security and professionalism in all our undertakings, unforeseen circumstances can arise. Therefore, it is agreed that Sprouts Cleaning , its independent contractors, and representatives will not be held accountable for any loss or theft of personal belongings, valuables, or possessions during or after the provision of our services. Customers' are encouraged to take necessary precautions, secure valuable items, and notify us promptly in case of any unfortunate incidents. By choosing to engage our services, clients acknowledge and accept this understanding regarding liability for stolen items.
